Gender identity cages us in sexist stereotypes again
Women have fought hard against stereotypes, liberating everyone and anything. Self-id goes in the opposite direction: it rebuilds patriarchal cages. And the female body is always the battlefield. We must return to that struggle, to give girls and boys back the space of their freedom. Against the transactivist diktat that imposes new rules that imprison her
The fight against gender stereotypes was a women's fight: difference thinking called it free signification of sexual difference. It meant, in the construction of one's own life, escaping the obligation to correspond to male desires and expectations, crystallised in images and roles that have been given the name of gender stereotypes. It meant, for a woman, being able to study and work, or not, to be a mother or not, to say, do, behave, dress according to her own [...]

Gender-neutral school toilets: the new battle of sex-protestants
While in the UK there is growing impatience with the pressures of the LGBT lobby, in Italy we are in full trans peak: schools, universities, the mass media system, books for girls and boys. Gender identity is everywhere, as if self-identification were in force de facto. The latest case in the University of Pisa
While in the UK the trans peak is behind us, and every day the press reports on the growing intolerance of citizens, government and big private companies to the pressures of the Lgbtq+ lobby and in particular Stonewall's Diversity Scheme (just the latest: hundreds of nurses and midwives asking their organisations to break with 'inclusive' policies that allow men self-identified as women to be admitted to women's wards, and [...]

New Forstater case in UK: lawyer sues Stonewall for 'inducing discrimination'
Allison Bailey was allegedly mobbed and discriminated against by her law firm for expressing her opposition to gender self-certification or self-id. A lesbian and founder of the LGBT Alliance, she sued the firm and Stonewall as well. Who, she is convinced, actively worked for her "punishment".
Stonewall will face a court case for encouraging the law firm where Allison Bailey, a lesbian lawyer, works to issue a disciplinary measure against her just because she had criticised transgender activists. The lawyer filed a discrimination complaint inspired by the case of Maya Forstater, the researcher at the Center for Global Development in London who lost her job for expressing her opposition to gender self-certification (see here). On 10 June, an appeals court ruled that Maya Forstater had [...].

USA. Parents sue schools that unknowingly encourage girls' and boys' transitions
This is happening in Kettle Moraine (Wisconsin), where the school district is encouraging 'non-conforming' minors to adopt names and pronouns of the opposite sex without informing their parents. The position of families claiming their educational rights - together with that of paediatricians opposed to gender affirming 'therapies' and athletes against trans people in their sports - will have considerable weight in the presidential elections: on these issues Biden has already lost Virginia.
Two groups of parents have sued the Kettle Moraine (Wisconsin) school district for encouraging underage students confused about their 'gender identity' to change names and pronouns at school without parental consent (career aka. see here). The lawsuit joins those of young female athletes deprived of potential sports wins and scholarships for admitting 'trans-identified' males into their sports (see here) and pediatricians threatened with 'discrimination' if they don't immediately initiate the [...]

UK like Canada and California: male bodies in female prisons. The House of Lords reaffirms this
Self-identification is enough to ask to be detained together with women. "Has the world gone mad?" protested Buckley peer Claire Fox. "How can we talk about fighting violence against women if we allow this?". But the government has no intention of changing its mind
UK. Prisoners with male bodies who "self-identify" as women can continue to be housed in women's prisons. This was confirmed by the House of Lords. A few months ago the High Court had already confirmed the legality of the practice: male-bodied convicts can be detained together with women "regardless of whether they have taken legal or medical measures to acquire their new gender", thus on the basis of a free self-declaration. The Under-Secretary of State for Justice, Tory Lord Wolfson of [...]

Canada: Alarm over male violence in women's prisons
Heather Mason, former prisoner and women's rights activist, tells RT News about the reality of women in prisons being sexually abused and violated by 'transgender' men with their male bodies intact in their cells. Here are their letters
In 2017, as the #MeToo movement exploded across the western world, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spontaneously and without warning gave the green light to transfer male inmates who call themselves women to Canada's federal women's prisons. Female inmates in Canadian prisons are at risk of violence from male inmates who identify as women, but no one is willing to discuss the issue for fear of being labelled transphobic. The [...]

British government breaks with Stonewall
The Department of Health breaks its agreement with the large LGBTQ organisation, paid hundreds of thousands of pounds to lobby, imposing the'use of pronouns and free access for anyone to women's spaces based on free gender identity. Great news for British women and for all of us.
The British Department of Health has broken its agreement with Stonewall: it will no longer use its consultancy (lavishly paid: more than £300,000 of taxpayers' money paid to the big organisation so far) to apply its diversity scheme in favour of LGBT staff. The Department of Health is the latest high-profile organisation to distance itself from the lobby group, which has been heavily criticised for its influence and intrusiveness into public policy. A Department spokeswoman said: 'The year [...]

France: Transfeminism excludes gender critical women from anti-violence march
Nous Tous claims to command the French squares on the occasion of the international day against violence against women. Hundreds of radical feminists signed a petition against queer colonisation and the definition of Terf, which exposes them to the risk of verbal and even physical violence.
Questions of gender identity have now taken over the feminist debate. No other struggle in the history of mankind has progressed so quickly, with so many resources and so much visibility as the queer movement, or transactivism, which has been making demands for transgender people for the last ten years. Environmentalists, anti-specialists or simple left-wing activists, no one is immune to the advance of transactivism. However, the activism most affected by this issue is that of the fight for women's rights, to the point [...]

Zan draft law: calling things by their name

Zan Bill: give things their real name
The real name of Zan's bill, which was blocked a few days ago in the Senate, should have been the bill on gender self-certification and not against homotransphobia. That was the real objective, the self-id, and that is why the law has stalled. Sacrificing the rightful protection of homosexual and transsexual people to the arrogance of queer transactivism.
A brief comment, after the filing of Zan's bill on homobi-transphobia, mainly intended for the non-Italian sisters and friends who ask us to explain; and for those Italian women who are still unclear about what happened. About a year ago, Zan's bill against homobi-transphobia was approved in the Chamber of Deputies amidst general silence and inattention. At that stage, the media completely obscured the debate, while the ongoing Covid wave - in Italy the vaccination campaign had not yet begun [...].

Zan bill: calling a spade a spade
The real name of Zan's bill, blocked a few days ago in the Senate, should have been the bill on gender self-certification and not against homotransphobia. That was the real goal, the self-id, and that is why the law has stalled. Sacrificing the rightful protection of homosexual and transsexual people to the proterity of queer transactivism
A brief comment, after the filing of Zan's bill on homobi-transphobia, intended especially for the non-Italian sisters and friends who ask us to explain; and for those who, among Italians, are still unclear about what happened. More or less a year ago, Zan's bill against homobi-transphobia was approved in the Chamber of Deputies amidst general silence and inattention. At that stage the media completely obscured the debate, while the ongoing Covid wave - in Italy had not yet begun [...].

Gender identity as seen by a young woman
Following the publication of an official communiqué on Facebook by 'feminists' and Alessandro Zan's re-launch in view of the debate on his bill in the Chamber today, 27 October, I felt it was my duty to make a few things clear out of respect for all women who, like us, do not feel part of this 'feminism'.
I have decided to respond point by point to this communiqué which once again does not fail to misinform. I strongly believe that the women who signed this communiqué do not have a clear understanding of the concept of 'gender identity' which has developed and spread in youth culture over the last few years and which has little to do with the protection of homosexuals and transsexuals. Gender is a social construct that is applied to women and men according to their sex [...]
