Born of a surrogate mother

Olivia Maurel, 32, was born to a surrogate mother and today she is fighting on the front line against the practice, which she describes as 'atrocious' and 'monstrous'. She always knew something was wrong with her family. She suffers from depression, has had problems with alcoholism and has attempted suicide several times. Only recently has she discovered the truth about her origins and that she suffered the trauma of abandonment. "To no child," she says, "should what happened to me ever happen again."

Commercial or 'altruistic' surrogacy must be abolished. These are the words of Olivia Maurel, born in December 1991 in Kentucky by traditional surrogacy (i.e. in which the oocyte also belongs to the 'surrogate mother', ed.), who recounted her experience in a conference at the parliament of the Czech Republic. Today, married with two children in Cannes, 'proud to be a feminist' as we read on her X page, she fights against surrogacy. Her testimony, very valuable as there are still very few [...]

Israel 7 October: Appeal for recognition as mass feminicide

The women victims of the Hamas attack were not killed like all other civilians: they were exposed naked, raped, brutalised, humiliated, decapitated, their bodies burnt and torn to pieces. "We wanted to dirty them," say the terrorists. The violence against these women meets the definition of mass feminicide: from France a petition to international NGOs

British academics against cancel culture

On 20 November, the London Universities Council for Academic Freedom will be unveiled, a body that brings together a hundred or so professors from the major British universities with the intention of fighting against the censorship and single-mindedness that in recent years have impeded academic debate and freedom, compromising the education of thousands of students. In the crosshairs especially Lgbtq+ realities such as Stonewall that have heavily influenced university and higher education. About time, and go on!

As reported by The Telegraph, more than a hundred academics from the UK's top universities have joined forces to tackle the growing threat of cancel culture through the creation of a new body dedicated to academic freedom. In a pioneering initiative, the scholars have formed the 'London Universities Council for Academic Freedom', involving all academic institutions in the capital including University College London (UCL), King's College London, [...]

13 November in The Hague against surrogacy

The Private International Law Conference is pushing for transnational recognition of gestation per se contracts with the intention of forcing national legislation to benefit biomarket profits. The Icams coalition against GPA organised a demonstration in defence of women's dignity and against the market in girls and children

The International Coalition to Abolish Surrogacy (ICASM) organised an international demonstration in front of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) on 13 November to oppose the regulation of cross-border 'surrogacy'. Indeed, attempts are being made to impose international regulation of so-called 'surrogacy': as of 13 November, the HCCH will set up a working group with the task of drafting a convention to allow cross-border recognition of contracts. This is to meet the growing demand in the biomarket [...]

Canada: gender critical nurse risks her job

Amy Hamm works in a psychiatric ward and is under investigation for promoting women's rights based on sex and child protection online. The BCCNM, the body that regulates the nursing profession, intends to suspend her unless she participates in a re-education programme but Amy opposes this: the hearing is underway. US journalist Megyn Kelly interviewed her

Canadian nurse Amy Hamm - one of the founders of the non-profit coalition Canadian Women Sex Based Rights (caWsbar) - works in an acute psychiatric ward specialising in mental health and substance use. Amy risks losing her nursing licence and her job because she allegedly promoted women's sex-based rights and child protection online. In recent years, Amy has been the subject of an investigation by the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives [...]

No more drugs for children with gender dysphoria!

For many years a pioneer of puberty blocker and hormone-based treatments for 'gender non-conforming' minors, Finnish psychiatrist Riittakerttu Kaltiala now denounces these 'therapies' as dangerous, useless and lacking in scientific evidence. And she calls on doctors around the world to find the courage to break the silence imposed by activist censorship and the media's rubber wall

In Italy there persists an obstinate silence on pharmacological treatments for minors with gender dysphoria (puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, 'gender reassignment' surgery) according to the protocol of so-called gender affirmative therapy. It is not possible to know how many minors have been treated or are undergoing treatment, in how many and which centres they are treated and with what 'success' (or failure) rates. While throughout the Western world the debate has been open for some time and in some countries [...]

This History must end

War is not an invention of women. War reduces us to prey and makes us dumb things. Positioning ourselves -on this side or that side- does not give us peace. Peace is not the interval between one war and another. Peace is not helplessness but an active force that regulates relationships and settles conflicts. We demand that rebellious children recognise their mother's authority and shirk the obligation of acts of domination and overpowering

'War has always been the specific activity of the male and his model of virile behaviour'. Carla Lonzi, Manifesto of Women's Revolt, 1970 War is not our invention, nor is that desperate form of war that is terrorism. Positioning ourselves -on this side or that side- does not give us peace, it disorients and divides us, but we are not allowed any other movement than to seek refuge in an impossible extraneousness. We recognise ourselves with pain in the 'enemy'. [...]

Vagina? No. It's called an 'extra hole'
Woke language claims to be inclusive at the exclusive expense of women, who must literally disappear: pregnancy, breastfeeding, female sex organs can no longer be named so as not to offend the trans and non-binary ultra-minorities. It is the latest ridiculous move of the dying patriarchy that has built itself up from the very beginning on the marginalisation and erasure of the feminine. It still tries, but it will not succeed
Transactivists are ridiculous: in order not to 'offend' the ultra-exiguous minority of women who declare themselves male while retaining the female genital organ, the vagina can no longer be called that. Bonus hole, extra hole: this is the term. Even front hole no longer suffices: its unserviceability must be better emphasised. A relentless work to erase women from language and the symbolic, a move in extremis by the patriarchy that has built itself from the beginning on the erasure and abjection of the feminine, [...].

On the risks of the ROPA method
The technique used by an increasing number of lesbian couples consists of using the oocyte of one to make an embryo that will then be inserted into the womb of the other who will carry the pregnancy. This practice is physically and psychologically dangerous both for the two women and for the child that will be born. This is why
In our recent communiqué Per il vero bene dei bambini (For the true good of the children) we expressed our concern about the increasing use by female couples of the ROPA technique (Recepción de ovocitos de la pareja), i.e. the transfer of the fertilised oocyte of one into the womb of the other who will carry out the gestation. For this stance we have received acclaim, some insults and many requests for information and sources. What does the ROPA method consist of and what are its risks? For the [...]

Legislation against violence against women should talk about sex and not 'gender identity': open letter to the European Parliament
Violence against women will not be combated if the texts of laws and treaties do not clearly refer to sex and not 'gender'. We join feminist and gender critical groups in an appeal to MEPs who will vote on the Commission's anti-violence proposal: write clearly in the text that women and girls are the female sex and leave no room for gender ideology
We, too, signed the letter to the European Commission on combating violence against women and domestic abuse drafted by WORIADS, a coalition of gender-critical citizens whose aim is to inform and raise awareness of the dangers of gender identity in the European institutions. The letter demands that European regulations on violence against women clearly recognise the category of biological sex. Below is the full text that will be sent to the members of the European Parliament who will vote on the [...].

Feminism and the Right
In response to Julie Bindel, who considers the wall erected by the transactivist left but also the risks of an alliance with the right: in Italy, the historical novelty -a right-wing woman premier, Giorgia Meloni- further complicates the picture. What to do then? What is happening in Spain over the horrible Ley Trans perhaps points to a good way forward for everyone
Julie Bindel and Harvey Jeni take the bull by the horns: given that for too long there has been no possibility of dialogue with the left, can radical and gender-critical feminism look to the right without taking risks? This is a theme that we in Italy are well aware of and that agitated the entire election campaign that ended with the landslide victory of a right-wing woman, Giorgia Meloni, who has never declared herself a feminist. The fact that today the right in Italy is [...]

Making mountains out of molehills with 'gender identity'
The techno-medical business as a whole has a turnover of $10 trillion a year. To grow, it must conquer new markets. The ideology that promotes the free choice of sex opens up a vast territory. Jennifer Bilek explains definitively and in detail how - and by whom - the LGBT agenda has been put at the service of the gender industry.
One of the most brilliant tactics used by the gender industry in its fight to dismantle human sexual dimorphism for the profit of the techno-medical complex (TMC) has been to combine its agenda of promoting body disassociation with the progressive human rights movement for LGB people. This is particularly evident in a current lawsuit brought by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) against the state of Arkansas. The ACLU is using a $15 million donation from [...]

Unicorns and other 'fabulous' creatures: how to make little girls hate their female bodies
Winged horses, rainbows, the pink-blue of trans flags: the same symbols shared by the LGBT world and childhood. Especially by young girls, led to believe that freedom means becoming like those imaginary and neutral creatures, escaping a female "destiny" represented as suffering and impossibility of choice.
For a long time now we have seen symbols and images spreading among girls and boys that unequivocally refer to the common Pride symbolism. Until a couple of decades ago, the Rainbow flag was the planetary symbol of Peace, peace between men and gods in both the biblical and classical worlds. Similarly, the Unicorn, a fantastic animal of the medieval bestiaries, symbol of Chastity, has found new life thanks to fantasy novels and films, and is spreading among [...]

New Forstater case in UK: lawyer sues Stonewall for 'inducing discrimination'
Allison Bailey was allegedly mobbed and discriminated against by her law firm for expressing her opposition to gender self-certification or self-id. A lesbian and founder of the LGBT Alliance, she sued the firm and Stonewall as well. Who, she is convinced, actively worked for her "punishment".
Stonewall will face a court case for encouraging the law firm where Allison Bailey, a lesbian lawyer, works to issue a disciplinary measure against her just because she had criticised transgender activists. The lawyer filed a discrimination complaint inspired by the case of Maya Forstater, the researcher at the Center for Global Development in London who lost her job for expressing her opposition to gender self-certification (see here). On 10 June, an appeals court ruled that Maya Forstater had [...].

Stonewall backtracks and 'authorises' the use of the word mother
After losing agreements with some big companies, including the Health Service and the BBC - and therefore a lot of money - the UK's largest LGBT+ organisation moderately updates its guidelines for "inclusiveness": it will no longer be required to use terms like "pregnant person" or "person who has given birth" instead of mother. Change of course = no-bankruptcy
Stonewall has dropped legislation advising workplace equality organisations to remove the word 'mother' from their policies. The lobby announced that it would no longer reward with higher ranking scores employers who would adopt gender-neutral alternatives by starting to use "mother". Nancy Kelley, Stonewall's chief executive, denied in an interview that such a policy existed. "We are not interested in removing or deleting the [...]

Proudly lesbian, I no longer go to Pride
Essayist and radical black feminist and founder of the blog Sister Outrider, Claire Heuchan attacks the misogyny of the LGBT world, pornography and rainbow merchandising.
by Claire Heuchan I still remember my first Pride, almost a lifetime and a half ago. I was fifteen and spending a day in Glasgow with my mother when we saw the parade start from Queen Street. In the years since then, I have often wondered whether the choice of that street as a starting point was intentional or not. But at the time I wasn't familiar enough with gay culture, or the ironic claim of insults to put it [...]

How President Obama introduced gender identity in American schools
Without any clear definition or public debate, gender identity has become a guiding principle in US educational institutions. The proactive role of the former president and of the powerful Pritzker family, leaders in the pharmaceutical industry, has made gender identity a key principle in US educational institutions.
A decade ago, most teachers, headmasters and students in primary and secondary schools had never heard the terms 'transgender' or 'gender identity'. In a decade, everything has changed. By now every teacher, headmaster and student across America has heard these terms, even if they are not quite sure what they mean. The concept of 'gender identity' often changes depending on who is talking. There has never been a legal definition or [...]

How Stonewall is sacrificing gay rights. To do business
Why has Stonewall, the largest gay and lesbian rights organisation, allowed itself to be colonised by the transgender lobby, going so far as to persecute those for whom it was founded? Because it's good business. Follow the money!
Tumultuous change of wind in the UK, cradle of the Lgbtq+ rainbow. After the harsh attack on Stonewall by one of its founders, Matthew Parris, another strongly critical voice, that of the gay journalist and essayist Douglas Murray. He denounces the persecutory campaign of the historical association against gays and lesbians, to protect their rights, which it was founded in 1989. Today, says Murray, Stonewall is a business committee at the service of the trans lobby to intercept rivers of money and justify [...].

Mountains of money for the Trans Lobby
Here are accounts of the hundreds of thousands of dollars given by the Arcus charity to LGBTQ movements to support gender identity. Recommended reading especially for those who believe this is a left-wing battle
The Arcus Foundation is a major charity supporting the LGBT cause, social justice issues and environmental conservation. Arcus is heavily involved in actively supporting transgender ideology. In these articles by Jennifer Bilek you can find out more: see here and here. If you want to check who Arcus' beneficiaries are, you can find the list here. Between 2016 and April 2021, Arcus invested nearly $74 million in promoting social justice. Most [...]
